St. Marys Pharmacy is located on "The Diamond" in Downtown St. Marys, and has been a part of our community for over 100 years. Operating as St. Marys Drug Store at the turn of the 20th Century, with an Old Time Soda Fountain and Prescription room, it has grown to become a Full Service Medical Facility offering a wide variety of professional services. Many of the Services have developed through the years as an ongoing effort to provide patients with one stop shopping for Home Medical Treatment.
Pharmacists
The Pharmacy Medical Staff currently maintains 5 Full-Time Pharmacists to devote special attention to patients for medication, therapy questions, and individual patient needs. Pharmacists are always available to take time and answer medication therapy concerns or questions. The Pharmacy is open seven days a week and maintains a 24-Hour Emergency Phone Number to allow patients full access to Pharmacy Services. Patients who need their Prescriptions delivered enjoy the daily home delivery service provided free of charge for any patient.
Compounding Lab
Patients requiring special dosing or Compounded medications can have their prescriptions prepared in the St. Marys Pharmacy Lab, which is a seperate area designed specifically for compounded prescriptions. Compounded Medications require a High Level of Pharmacy Skills and these Medications are Meticulously prepared in our custom Pharmacy Lab.
Screenings
Screenings for High Blood Pressure, Osteoporosis, Cholesterol, and Body Fat can be set up by appointment at the St. Marys Pharmacy Diagnostic Testing Center where Pharmacists perform testing and counsel patients in an individual session concerning different health issues. Patients enjoy the ease and accuracy of testing, while being able to discuss their drug therapies with the Pharmacist.
